wonderful experience
clean roomfriendly staff
the location was excellent as hagia sophia was just a short walk away. the rooms were super clean and cozy and the air conditioning worked very well. the staff was always friendly and professional and helped me with any questions i had.

The location IS great. It is within walking distance to major attractions. The staff members were helpful, especially when I needed directions. The room was clean and well-kept .
The room I got was not exactly as pictured online. There was also a strange smell coming from the bathroom drains. I think the hotel should pay closer attention to these details.

the staff provided helpful tips for planning our vacation, it was beneficial.
The room i stayed in did not match the photos from my reservation. This WAS disappointing. there WAS also a bad smell coming from the drains, it made the room unpleasant. i QUESTION the accuracy of other online reviews now.

The staff provided a useful city guide upon arrival. My room was cleaned every other day with fresh towels. The hotel is within walking distance to major attractions. The tram line is very close and convenient.
